Regarding shipping fee refunds for combined shipments

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Digne.

Until now, digne has combined products and refunded overlapping shipping charges if the same customer placed multiple orders during a sales period. However, due to the recent outsourcing of delivery operations, it has become difficult to handle individual matters regarding combining products and refunding shipping charges.


This will be changed from the collection to be announced after June 1st, so please be aware that shipping charges will be incurred for each order, and we ask that you place as many orders as possible together.
