About ordering
At digne-official shop, we sell both made-to-order and in-stock items. Payment is confirmed when you place your order. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, it may have been filtered out to your spam folder, your carrier email address may have been set to reject emails, or your registered email address may have been misheard. Please check this information.
About Membership Registration
After registering as a member, you will be eligible to receive points if you place an order after logging in.
By logging in, you can check your account information, points, and order history.
Please note that if you purchase as a guest, you will not be able to check your order history.
If there are any changes to your account information or shipping address, please contact us via chat or digne.online@gmail.com.
About inventory
Products are not reserved for stock when added to cart
Once you click "Order" on the payment page, your payment will be completed and your item will be secured in stock.
There is a limit to the number of items that can be sold through made-to-order sales.
Please note that orders will end once the limit is reached, even during the sales period.
Cancellation of your order
For made-to-order products, orders can only be canceled during the made-to-order sales period.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for any reason after the order sales period has ended.
During the pre-order sales period, you can exchange the size or color, so please contact us via chat or digne.online@gmail.com.
Returns and Exchanges
Please be sure to check that the product is in good condition within 5 days of receiving it.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as color/image differences/size not fitting, etc.
We pay close attention to the quality of our products, but due to the nature of the materials, small stains, creases, loose threads, neps, and odors from dyes may occur.
Please note that if there is no problem with use, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.
If there is a defect in the delivered product
If there is a problem with the product you receive, please contact us by chat or email at digne.online@gmail.com with a photo of the defective part attached.
We will only accept reservations if you contact us in advance.
Please note that we cannot respond to the following cases:
*Products that have been delivered more than 5 days ago
* Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned, or products that have odors, discoloration, or other storage defects that occur after arrival.
※Tags have been removed
*Products that are due to customer reasons such as color/image difference/size not fitting etc.
* Hair may adhere to the product due to press contact or jumping in.
Please note that if there is a defect in the product, we will exchange it as a general rule.
If there is no replacement stock available, we will accept your return.
Regarding delivery time of the product
In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order date.
Regarding shipping of made-to-order products, please refer to each product page.
Please note that due to production circumstances, the scheduled shipping date may be delayed.
There are no deliveries on weekends, holidays, summer holidays, or the New Year holidays.
Please note that if the item cannot be delivered due to your long absence or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee.
About delivery methods and shipping fees
Shipping will be via Sagawa Express, with a flat rate of 880 yen (tax included) nationwide.
*1,500 yen (tax included) will be charged for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

About product images
We try to make the product photos as close to the actual colors as possible, but the colors may differ from the actual product depending on your monitor settings, room lighting, etc.
Regarding secondary distribution products
We cannot accept any support for products purchased through secondary distribution or products whose purchase history cannot be confirmed by us.
About international shipping
We will ship via Japan Post (EMS).
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, so please check the payment page.
In addition to the shipping fee, customs duties may be charged at the time of import.
Please note that customs duties will be borne by the recipient.
