About orders
At digne-official shop, we sell both made-to-order and stock items. Payment is confirmed when you place your order. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder, your carrier email address may be blocked, or your registered email address may be incorrect.
About membership registration
After registering as a member, you will be eligible to receive points if you place an order after logging in.
By logging in, you can check your account information, points, and order history.
Please note that if you purchase as a guest, you will not be able to check your order history.
If there are any changes to your account information or shipping address, please contact us via chat or contact us.
How to use points
・Please click [Login] from the three-line menu at the top left of the homepage.
・After logging in, add the items you want to purchase to your cart.
・After adding the product to your cart, click the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen or "View Cart" on the screen.
・Once your cart is displayed, you can check the points you have.
Enter the number of points you wish to use in the "Points to use" field and press the "Use points" button.
・After that, if you proceed to the purchase process, your order will be completed with the points you entered used.
About inventory
The product is not in stock when added to your cart
Once you click "Place Order" on the payment page, payment will be completed and the item will be secured in stock.
There is a limit to the number of items that can be sold on a made-to-order basis.
Please note that orders will end once the limit is reached, even during the sales period.
Cancellation of orders
For made-to-order products, orders can only be canceled during the order sales period.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled for any reason after the order sales period has ended.
During the pre-order sales period, you can exchange the size and color, so please contact us via chat or contact us .
Returns and Exchanges
Please be sure to check that the product is in good condition within 5 days of receiving it.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons of customer convenience, such as color/image differences/size not fitting, etc.
We pay close attention to the quality of our products, but due to the nature of the material, small stains, creases, loose threads, neps, and odors from dyes may occur.
Please note that if there is no problem with use, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.
If there is a defect in the delivered product
If there is any defect in the product you received, please contact us via chat or contact us with a photo of the defect.
We will only accept reservations if you contact us in advance.
Please note that we cannot respond in the following cases:
*Products that have been delivered more than 5 days ago
* Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or cleaned, or have odors, discoloration, or other storage defects that occur after arrival.
※Tags have been removed
*Products for reasons of customer convenience, such as color/image difference/size not fitting etc.
*Hair adhesion due to press or jumping in
Please note that if there is a defect in the product, we will generally replace it.
If there is no replacement stock, we will accept a refund.
Regarding the possibility of returning products to a company other than ours when exchanging or returning products, and handling of personal information
When exchanging or returning a product, depending on the circumstances, the product may be returned to the following affiliated company instead of our logistics center.
Manufacturer or supplier: In the case of product defects or returns/exchanges due to specific reasons, the product may be returned directly to the manufacturer or supplier.
Delivery company: In the case of returns due to incorrect delivery or delivery issues, the product may be returned to us or the above-mentioned affiliated companies via the delivery company's warehouse.
The following agreements have been made with the above companies regarding the handling of customers' personal information.
Limitation of purpose of use: Personal information provided by customers will only be used to the extent necessary for exchanges and returns, and will not be used for any other purposes.
Safety management measures: Each company will take appropriate safety management measures based on laws and regulations regarding personal information protection and our company's standards.
Restrictions on provision to third parties: Except as required by law, we will not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
Conclusion of outsourcing contracts: When outsourcing the handling of personal information, we will select appropriate contractors and conclude necessary contracts such as confidentiality agreements.

Regarding product delivery time
In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order date.
Please be sure to check the shipping details on each product page before placing your order.
Please note that due to production reasons, the scheduled shipping date may be delayed.
No shipping on weekends, holidays, summer holidays, or the New Year holidays
Please note that if the item cannot be delivered due to your long absence or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee.
About delivery methods and shipping fees
Shipping will be via Sagawa Express, nationwide for a flat rate of 880 yen (tax included)
*Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands will be charged 1,500 yen (tax included)

About product images
We strive to make product photos as close to the actual colors as possible, but the colors may differ from the actual product depending on your monitor settings, room lighting, etc.
Regarding the purchase of secondary distribution products
We cannot accept any responsibility for products purchased through secondary distribution or products whose purchase history cannot be confirmed by us.
About international shipping
We will ship via Japan Post (EMS)
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, so please check the payment screen.
In addition to shipping fees, import duties may be charged.
Please note that customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
